Dr Shikha Goyal is an Assistant Professor at Amity Law School, Amity University Noida, and Doctorate in Finance (2023). A UGC-NET qualified scholar, she specializes in Financial Management, Accounting, Banking, and Insurance.
Her research explores the dynamics of non-performing assets, financial development, capital adequacy, and sustainability in emerging and developed economies. Dr Goyal’s academic portfolio includes multiple Scopus and ABDC-indexed publications in reputed journals. She has also contributed chapters to international edited volumes published by Wiley-Scrivener and Emerald on sustainable finance, ESG investing, and AI-driven green banking. An ICSSR Full-Term Doctoral Fellow (2019) and recipient of the Special Mention Paper Award at the 7th PAN-IIM World Management Conference (2019), she has presented her research at leading institutions, including IIM Indore, IIM Bodh Gaya, and IIM Nagpur. Her academic endeavours reflect a commitment to advancing financial resilience and sustainability through evidence-based research.
