Dr. Mitali Srivastava is an Associate Professor of Law at Amity Law School, Noida, with over 11 years of teaching and academic experience. She holds a Ph.D. from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, with research focusing on labour laws and the rights of women construction workers. She is UGC-NET qualified and has completed her LL.M. from Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur, and B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from RGNUL, Punjab.
Her core areas of interest include Labour Laws, Gender Jurisprudence, Research Methodology, and emerging intersections of law and technology. Dr. Srivastava has published extensively in reputed journals and edited volumes and has convened multiple national and international conferences, FDPs, and academic events. She is actively involved in academic administration, quality assurance, and research supervision.
