Dr. Tanya Narula Chaudhury area of specialisation is banking and finance laws. She was awarded her Ph.D. by the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, thesis titled “A Legal Study on the Implications of Basel III on Banking Regulations in India.”
Dr. Chaudhury completed her LL.M. in International Banking and Finance Laws from University College London (UCL), United Kingdom, where she was a recipient of the prestigious Chief Justice Scholarship for academic excellence. Her teaching and research interests lie in banking regulation, financial law, and international finance, IBC, International Trade law, and is teaching various graduate and post graduate law courses at Amity Law School, Noida.
