The students - faculty Interaction program held on 15th April 2025 at Amity University, Gwalior, was a memorable academic gathering that fostered meaningful dialogue between faculty, students, and invited experts. Organized by the Amity Institute of Behavioural and Allied Sciences (AIBAS), the event served as a dynamic platform to explore contemporary psychological concepts and innovative research directions.

The session was enriched by the presence of two distinguished resource persons:

  • Prof. Dr. Ajai Singh, Head, Department of Applied Psychology & Dean Research, Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University, Jaunpur
  • Dr. Avinash Parthedkar, a respected academician and practitioner in the field

Both guests were warmly welcomed by Mr. Ashok Kumar Patel, Assistant Professor and Clinical Psychologist (AIBAS), who extended his greetings by offering them the official AIBAS badge as a token of respect and appreciation. This gesture marked the beginning of a day filled with insightful interaction and shared academic enthusiasm.

Dr. Avinash Pathedkar captivated the audience with his talk on “Happiness”, offering practical insights grounded in psychological theory and everyday relevance. His discussion emphasized the importance of emotional well-being, self-awareness, and cultivating joy as a vital life skill.

Dr. Ajai Pratap Singh addressed the students with a session focused on “Current and Advanced Research Training in Psychology”, providing them with valuable exposure to modern trends, methodologies, and the significance of research-based learning in the field of psychology.

A similar, faculty interaction segment delved into the intriguing topic of “Meaningful Researches on Vedantic Shlokas”, which sparked deep academic discussions around the integration of ancient wisdom with modern psychological research.
