Amity Institute of Biotechnology

The Amity Institute of Biotechnology in AUMP was established in 2011. The main focus of AIB is to promote high quality research and develop technically skilled human resources in the area of Biotechnology. Our vision is to achieve excellence at the National/International level in research and manpower development in the field of Biotechnology. Development of cutting-edge technologies, imparting high quality education and conducting research in forefront areas are the main features of the Institute. The Institute is dedicated to nurture and prepare students for research in different areas of Biotechnology and its allied sectors. Students are being placed in various national universities and research laboratories for their internship. The Institute offers courses of B. Tech, B.Sc.(H), B.Sc.-M.Sc. dual degree, B.Sc. (Biology), M.Sc., M. Tech, and Ph.D. in Biotechnology.
