Amity Institute of Biotechnology and Amity School of Communication, Amity University Rajasthan organised an extremely relevant and one of it’s own kind Two Days National Workshop on 'Science Communication-A Prelude" on 14^th -15^th March 2024, supported by the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India. The sessions were delivered by seasoned resource persons, Prof. K.P. Madhu, Dr. Gita Madhu and Dr. Suchita Champak who possess great command in their respective areas of Science Communication ranging from Print to Digital Platforms and are aware of the latest trends, tools and techniques of the field. The workshop was meticulously divided into interesting knowledge sharing sessions which besides providing information about the various sources and types of contemporary scientific information, also assigned engaging classroom group activities to the participants which provided a golden opportunity to them to implement the concepts delivered and gain practical training followed by expert guidance of the trainers. The participants expressed a keen desire to organise many more such sessions in future.
