Dr Pankaj Mittal, Secretary General, Association of Indian Universities (AIU) and Prof (Dr) Balvinder Shukla, VC, Amity University Uttar Pradesh, Noida visited Amity University Lucknow Campus today. Prof (Dr) Anil Vashisht, Pro Vice Chancellor and Campus Head, Amity University Lucknow, and Wg Cdr (Dr) Anil Kumar, Dy Pro VC, welcomed them. They interacted with Heads of Institutes and the Heads of Departments. Dr Pankaj Mittal enlightened the senior functionaries of the campus on various relevant policy matters such as the Academic Bank of Credits, the National Education Policy (NEP), the importance of continuous upskilling of faculty members, and the use of AI in education. The dignitaries were presented with Amity momentoes and a 'Sindoor' plant each. They also inaugurated the newly installed clock, possibly the largest in Lucknow, on the majestic clock tower on campus.
