Unique 4-8 weeks undergraduate Summer Research Fellowship Programme (USRF 2024) commences at Amity
Amity University, Noida commenced a unique 4-8 week Undergraduate Summer Research Fellowship Programme (USRF 2024) at its Noida Campus. The objective of this fellowship is to provide a unique opportunity to undergraduate students across the country and the Globe in areas like Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, Science, Pharmacy, Biotechnology etc. to work on innovative research problems under the supervision of the faculty of Amity University. The USRF fellowship offers a fellowship of Rs 1000 per week and free Stay at the campus hostels during the program.
Sharing his views Prof. Dr M K Dutta , Director Amity Center for Artificial Intelligence said, USRF 2024 received a huge response and is one of the most popular research fellowship programmes amongst undergraduate students from all domains of Engineering including Artificial Intelligence, Science, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, and Management. The Programme received more than 1000 applications from 28 states of the Country from leading Institutions such as IIT- BHU, IIT-Patna, IIT-Roorkee, IIT-Guwahati, IIIT -Ranchi, IIIT -Telangana, IIIT-Jabalpur, IIIT -Kalyani, NIT – Agartala, Agartala, NIT –Calicut, NIT –Durgapur, NIT –Goa, NIT –Hamirpur, NIT –Jamshedpur, NIT –Manipur, NIT –Meghalaya, NIT –Mizoram, NIT –Raipur, NIT –Silchar, NIT –Warangal, Indian Institute of Science Education and Research – Kolkata, Bhopal, Central Universities – AMU, Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Lucknow, BHU, Central University Rajasthan, JMI, National Forensic Sciences University, Gandhinagar, Tezpur Central University and many others . On the basis of merit, 30 Students in the area of Artificial Intelligence, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, CSE, IT, Mechanical Engineering, Biotechnology, Nano Physics, Applied Sciences, Pharmacy have been offered USRF 2024 Fellowship wherein these students will do the fellowship Program under the mentorship of an Amity Faculty and also pursue research projects”.
