Acknowledgement of Technology Transfer (HAKS) and Signing of Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)

 The collaboration between Amity University Patna, Bihar and the Bihar Regimental Centre (BRC), Danapur Cantonment, Patna, Bihar reached a significant milestone with the formal signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on 7th July 2025 between the two esteemed institutions. The exclusive transfer of the innovative Mobile & Web Based Technology Application “HAMESHA AAPKE SAATH – HAKS” to BRC and the Indian Army was also part of the event.

The MoU was signed by Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, Prof. (Dr.) Vivekanand Pandey, and Brigadier Kamal Deep Jaspal, Commandant, BRC in the presence of decorated officers from BRC and faculty, senior officials and students from Amity University Patna in a momentous ceremony marking a proud collaboration in the service of the nation. During the ceremony, Dr. Sushil Kumar (Controller of Examination), Dr. Navneet Kumar (Registrar), and Dr. Shashi Shekhar (Director, Amity School of Engineering & Technology) were present and played an integral role in the institutional support behind this achievement.

Amity University Patna was conferred with the "Outstanding University for Academia Social Responsibility" award for the development and successful transfer of the HAKS application, signifying its role in nation-building. Special recognition was given to Dr. Kishore Bhattacharjee, Assistant Director Research and Mr. Ravi Shekhar, Assistant Professor, for their dedicated mentorship and as the coordinator in steering the research and development efforts.

Further commendations were awarded to the student innovators of Amity School of Engineering and Technology – Mr. Aman Kumar Pandey and Mr. Anant Kumar – for their exceptional creativity, technical proficiency, and unwavering commitment to creating the HAKS platform and thereby contributing to Nation Building.
