Amity Law School, Amity University Patna Signs an MoU with the School of Applied Science, Technology and Law, Manmohan Technical University, Nepal
On 20th August 2025 a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between Amity Law School, Amity University, Patna, and School of Applied Science, Technology and Law, Manmohan Technical University, Nepal (Nepal’s first technical university), on August 20, 2025.
The signing of the MoU took place in the esteemed presence of Hon’ble Vice Chancellor of Amity University Patna, Prof. (Dr.) Vivekanand Pandey, and was formally signed by the designated signatories, Dr. Rajeev Ranjan (Head of Department, Amity Law School, AUP) and Dr. Dil Nath Fuel (Dean, School of Applied Science, Technology and Law/Registrar, MTU) in the esteemed presence of Mr. Koshraj Neupane, Principal, Manmohan Institute of Law of School of Applied Science, Technology and Law, Manmohan Technical University, Nepal.
The MoU encompasses joint research initiatives, organization of academic conferences, symposia, and webinars, collaborative publications, and joint applications for national and international research grants.
A significant component of this MoU is the provision for co-guidance of doctoral candidates, enabling faculty members from both institutions to act as co-supervisors. This collaboration underscores a shared commitment to academic excellence and the advancement of legal scholarship and research.
