The major focus has been in developing algorithm to resolve the problems in Genomics and transcriptomics focused on finding alternative splicing and its role in diseases, aging underlying in different organism and species. The group is also interested in understanding structural biology/system biology of several proteins using Molecular dynamics and omics data. The group also have a keen interest in applying data science technique such as deep learning and artificial intelligence to genomics and proteomics data.
