The students took fifteen days to create the environment and the setup related to the theme of Halloween under the supervision of Dr. Sanjeeb pal sir. They used black cloth of more then 150sqmtr thermocol sheets shrubs and dry leaves to create the environment related to the theme. Also they prepared the food and the beverage indenting under the guidance of Dr Sushil Kumar and Dr chef Saurabh Sharma – Assistant professor of ASH.

The faculty of room division management both front office and Housekeeping, prepared the props and decorated the event room under the supervision of Dr. Sanjeeb pal sir. The students learned to prepare a theme-based event. The theme of the event was Halloween and the students prepared the props and decorated the room under the guidance of the faculties and director sir. Buffet was prepared and restaurant setup was done according to the theme under the guidance of food and beverage service faculty Dr. Sushil Kumar and food was also prepared based on the theme by the students of BHM under the guidance of Chef Dr. Saurabh Sharma. 

The sound and the music in the restaurant for welcoming the guest and the background music was being guided by Dr. Ajay Bhardwaj.
