Amity University Mumbai Conducted The Mastermind Competition

 E-Cell of Amity University Mumbai organized, an online event, ‘The Masterminds’ during its ‘Start-Up Week 2021’ on April 09, 2021 at 4:30pm, on Microsoft Teams respectively. The whole event was recorded and organized by Dr. Seema Unnikrishnan.

 
The event aimed at boosting and augmenting the entrepreneurial and problem solving skills of the fellow participants, by giving them a situation where they were the CEO of a Start- Up, and they needed to come up with strategies, so they could encourage their employees    to work harder. Good businesses are the results of good decisions which are made by great business. This event helped the participants to get an idea about who the members are behind great businesses, like CEO, CFO, CTO, HRO, IE and how they affect businesses by giving their suggestions in decision making.
 
In this, Participants would be assigned a particular role of a board members. Participants would have to defend their agenda and give the best solution possible for business problems with respect to their role in the company. By using their minds to influence the neutral state employees in the company, the participants had to drive the performance of their company to the best.
 
The Event was a huge success, and there were various participants that took part in it.The event started off with a warm acknowledgement for the event’s judge, Dr. Bhausaheb Londhe, followed by an introduction of the event i.e. what the event is about, and its rules and regulations, by the event head, Riya Reji. Following this, the event officially started, as the participants spoke about how they would handle their employees’ grievances and motivate them to work harder effectively and efficiently.
 
The whole Webinar went on very smoothly, and it concluded with a lovely Vote of thanks from the President of E-Cell, Deepak Bhardwaj and the Event Head, Riya Reji, along with the announcement of the winners of the respective event. It was an event to remember for.
