Third semester Architecture design studio is about designing Facility centre in Rural context. Hence, in the month of July Amity School of Architecture and planning arranged a Site Visit for the students in a nearby Vashiwali Gram Panchayat Office and health care center as part of their study visits. The objective of the visits was to make students understand the space requirement and area calculation for such institutions. The site study benefited them to much greater extent than expected as they got the opportunity to interact with the officials and respective employees present on site, giving them feedback and insights to design better.
