Expert Talk on entrepreneurship development trajectories was organized by Corporate Resource Centre on 10th November 2021 by Mr. Ashish Mehta Founder & CEO, EEDGE.AI.
The main objective of the session was to have insight into the actual working of corporate ecosystem/ expert mind-set, and how best to mould themselves with intellectual, behavioural, personality and execution skill-set to become an efficient Manager.
Mr. Ashish Mehta, Founder & CEO, EEDGE.AI delivered his talk on practical insights into entrepreneurship development trajectories; begin with introductory speech by Dr. Vikas Madhukar, Dy Pro Vice Chancellor, AUH and Dr. Ranjana Kothari, Faculty Coordinator, Innovation Council.
He explained in detail with practical insights into the initiation, working and successful scaling up of entrepreneurship development. He narrated the entrepreneurship develops through three distinct stages of Learning, Execution and Innovation, Creative infusion. He emphasised the usage of Focus, Inquisitiveness, Leadership, Teamwork and Problem solving; for enterprise development citing his personal experiences; which certainly will help students taking right decisions concerning suitable placements and summer internship projects particularly in start ups.
Mr. Mehta emphasised that dealing with uncertainty is essential feature of entrepreneurship development, here belief system leads to creativity and innovative solutions to problems, he maintained that seeking management consultancy in these situations is desired. Answering the queries of students, Mr. Mehta emphasised that usance of his developed website eedge.ai would be helpful in identifying the exact gaps in entrepreneurship development and seeking the solutions through appropriate consultancy also.
