Amity School of Communication, Amity University Haryana organized a workshop of photography for students on 25th April 2022 with an eminent industry expert Dr Amit Chawla, some of the organizations that he has been previously associated with include Canon India, Staff Selection Commission, Prasar Bharati, Press Information Bureau, Door darshan, Media & Entertainment Skill Council, Sahara India, Jagran Group, Excel Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. and NTPC.
The main objectives of this workshop was to make students aware about:
Equipment and gear for event photography.
Exposure control using Manual, AV, TV and P Modes in a DSLR/Mirrorless Camera.
Covering event with smartphone cameras.
Composition and aesthetic aspects to be kept in mind.
Total 50 Students and 3 faculty members attended the session.
