 Annual Fashion Show Paridhan 2021

Amity School of Fashion Design & Technology (ASFDT), AUMP organized its annual Fashion Show “Paridhan 2021” on 09th April 2021. The main objective of the show was to provide a platform for the budding designers so they could showcase their collection and technical skills as a part of their course curriculam.
 
Distinguished Chief guest of the event was Ms. Divya Chauhan, Chairperson, ASFA, ASFT & ASPA, AUUP and guest of honour of the event was Ms. Varija Bajaj, Fashion Designer & Entrepreneur, member of Fashion Design Council of India (FDCI), Advisory board member of Amity University. The event was witnessed with the begin presence of our Hon’ble Vice Chancellor Lt Gen V.K Sharma, Pro- Vice Chancellor Prof Dr M P Kaushik.
The show included the final graduation design collection of students of B.des Fashion Design. After anaylsing the current trends for an year they came up with the themes like The Vintage Tropical, The Door to Unreality, Shor Bazar-Bustling and Fun, Magical Sparks, The Color of Glass, The Valleys of Peru and The Shades of Aragoto. 
 

Dr. Shruti Tiwari, Head Fashion Design Department, Renaissance University and Ms Shraddha Shrivastava, Fashion & Handicraft Designer, New Delhi were invited to be apart of fair & interactive judgement for the designers & their teams. Ms Komal Chhabra and Ms Harshita Batra was awarded as the Best Theme, Ms Shristi Shrivastava and Ms Vaishali Sharma was awarded as the Best Innovative Garment, Ms Harshita Chhabra and Ms Soumya Mishra was awarded as the Best Design and last but not the least Ms Simran Keswani was awarded as the Best Appearance of the evening.
