Mr. Rishabh Pandey holds a Master’s degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from Amity School of Communication, Amity University, Rajasthan (2017–2019), where he developed a strong foundation in news research, storytelling and production. He began his career in 2019 as a News Anchor cum Reporter at A1 TV News Channel in Jaipur, covering beats from sports and transport to politics and entertainment and honing his field-reporting and live-broadcast skills. In mid-2023, he joined SACH BEDHADAK as a Prime-Time News Anchor, delivering live broadcasts, producing a 9:30 pm special segment and serving as assistant bulletin producer. Since October 2023, Rishabh has been Senior Producer cum Anchor at Dainik Bhaskar Group in Lucknow, where he leads news production, researches and presents in-depth stories, manages special events coverage and oversees shift operations. His expertise spans news reading, interviewing, story pitching and editing—anchored by a passion for impactful journalism cultivated at Amity University. Mr. Rishabh expressed his immense delight in joining for the Alumni Session as a part of Orientation, 2025 and sharing his professional journey with the new batch of students. He also highlighted the role of Amity School of Communication in nurturing his professional skills and preparing him for industry challenges. Mr. Rishabh encouraged the students to work hard, remain focused, and uphold family values. He emphasized the basic skills and the attitude to be developed by the students to become successful media professionals.
Mr. Himanshu Choudhary, second Speaker of the event is an alumnus of Bachelor of Arts Journalism & Mass Communication Program (2017 Batch). He has been part of the media industry for the past seven years, during which he had the opportunity to work with some of the top Advertising Agencies and leading brands across the country.
Currently, Mr. Himanshu is working as a Senior Manager at Flipkart, where he is responsible for driving media strategies and execution. Mr. Choudhary during his talk recounted his career path, offering valuable insights from his experiences in the field of Brand Marketing and motivated the students to embrace learning opportunities to excel in their chosen fields.
