PROF. (DR.) AMIT JAIN

President / Vice Chancellor - Amity University Rajasthan

Prof. (Dr) Amit Jain is currently President of Amity University Rajasthan. Prior to this Prof. Amit served the university as Pro-Vice Chancellor, Dean Faculty of Management, and Director, Amity Business School. Prof. Jain has held senior positions with several organizations including Director-International Collaborations, Director-School of Hotel Management with Manipal University Jaipur, JK Lakshmipat University, etc. Prof. Amit has been a Visiting Professor with University of Technology (UTS), Sydney, Australia, Szechenyi Istvan University, Hungary & Selye Janos University, Slovakia.

Prof. Amit holds a Ph.D. from Sardar Patel University and has completed FDP from IIM Ahmedabad. Prof. Amit is actively involved in administration, teaching, training and research. He is associated with various management and training institutes as a guest faculty such as Bank of Baroda Staff College, Staff College Union Bank, Sardar Patel University, NCHMCT, etc to name a few.

Prof. Dr. AMIT JAIN

Prof. Amit has Designed and conducted training programmes/sessions for executives of various organizations including IDBI Bank, Bank of Baroda, BKT Tyres, JK Tyre, JK Paper, JK Lakshmi Cement, Claris Life Sciences, Veeda Clinical Research, Natraj Foods, Trimurti Foodtech, E-mall Infotech, Euro India Foods, Fenner India, Gravita India, ECGC, GAIL, etc., on topics related to Marketing Orientation, Effective Selling Skills, Customer Relationship Management, Managerial Effectiveness, Leadership and Communication Skills.

He has several publications to his credit and has presented research papers at National and International conferences organized by institutes like Singapore Management University (SMU), University of Technology, Sydney, IIM, and IIT. He has also received award for three research papers at National and International Conferences.

His professional associations include Life Membership of Indian Society for Training and Development (ISTD) and currently holds position of National Council Member. He is a Member of All India Management Association and IIM Ahmedabad Alumni Association.

Dr Amit is Reviewer and Committee Member with several Journals and Conferences. He is an Editorial Board Member of Indian Journal of Training and Development and Chief Editor of Amity Management Review. His area of interest for Research, Training and Consultancy includes Marketing Strategy, Sales Management, Marketing Communications, Digital Marketing and Entrepreneurship.

Prof. G. K. Aseri is currently Pro Vice Chancellor, Dean – Academics and Director of Amity Institute of Microbial Technology. He is also Director of Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) to institutionalize academic & administrative quality at Amity University Rajasthan.

Prior to this, Prof. Aseri has served at various strategic positions as Provost, Dy. Pro Vice-Chancellor, Registrar, Head-AIB, Director – Corporate Resource Center, and Chairman – NAAC Steering Committee at Amity University Rajasthan. He has also served as Director – Institute of Biomedical Education and Research at Mangalayatan University – Aligarh (UP) and Asst. Professor at Lachoo Memorial College of Science & Technology (Affiliated Jai Narain Vyas University - JNVU Jodhpur, RAJ.). Prof. Aseri has over 21 years of experience in teaching, research, and academic administration in higher education.

He has been awarded with doctoral degree from ICAR - Central Arid Zone Research Institute (Registered from JNVU) in 2002. He had been recipient of JRF and SRF fellowship from CSIR – UGC and ICAR – CAZRI. His research interest includes microbial intervention in soil health as bio-fertilizers, wasteland rehabilitation, and green food preservatives.

Prof. Aseri has completed research projects funded by DST, Ministry of Agriculture and Ministry of food processing industries (MoFPI - GoI). Dr Aseri has guided many scholars, he has also filed patents and has published more than 70 research papers in National & International Research Journals. Prof. Aseri has been instrumental in organizing international & national conferences in his subject arena and has delivered several expert talks in Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Turkey, Egypt, Singapore & Nepal. He has also designed and developed PG & UG programs in the area of Microbiology & Biotechnology. He has given consultancy to various Food & Beverage Industries (Bisleri, Kingfisher & Sri Ram Gums etc.) for their product development and Quality Control. Prof. Aseri has established Bio-Processing Laboratory under the grant of DST – FIST - Govt. of India and is the Co – Coordinator to establish Hi- end laboratories under PURSE scheme of DST – Govt. of India worth rupees 8.5 crore.

Prof. Aseri strongly supports industry integration in HEI’s to prepare research and industry ready students.

Dr. Nitin Bhardwaj

Dr. Nitin Bhardwaj has a unique blend of Industrial, Academic & Administrative experience of over 25 years including 15 years at Senior and Middle Management level in reputed MNCs across North and Central India. He has worked with major IT giants like HCL Infosystems Ltd., Redington India Ltd., Godrej Pacific Technologies Ltd. and has been closely associated with pioneers of IT sector Hewlett Packard, IBM, Microsoft and Intel.

During his tenure at senior management levels, he has successfully built & managed high-performance teams and excel in working with human resources from diverse cultures, thus creating a robust, sustainable and performance-based work environment. His networking skills to collaborate and partner convincingly with internal and external stakeholders are widely acknowledged.

Dr. Nitin Bhardwaj

He also has worked at AICTE recognized and Rajasthan Technical University affiliated MBA college for 3 years as Associate Professor and has carried over the responsibilities of Director- In-Charge as well as Examination Superintendent.

He has been with Amity since 2011 and is well versed with preparation of various University reports, coordinating visits of various government authorities and liaising with regulatory bodies on behalf of the university along with other administrative responsibilities.

An MBA in Marketing and M.Phil. in Management, he was awarded a Ph.D. degree in 2017. He has also done his M.Com. in Business Administration and PG Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Administration.

Commander (retd) Vishwadeepak Singh

Commander (retd) Vishwadeepak Singh

Commander (retd) Vishwadeepak Singh has rich experience of over 30 years in the field of Education. A former Indian Navy Officer, his tenure spans from having held the post of Chairman of the Inspection Committee for granting affiliations for CBSE Schools and management of multi chain of schools like Kendriya Vidyalaya, Delhi Public School and Sainik Schools. His multi lingual proficiency, analytics excellence and superior business planning are attributes to his goodwill and his consulting engagement. He has worked as a core member with various leading agencies that include:

  • Start-up of International Knowledge Park Ltd of Global standards in Juhu, Mumbai - Russell Square International College (affiliated to the LSE and London University)
  • Start-up of new facility of a Joint Venture Company in Film City, Mumbai - Whistling Woods International Ltd
  • Supervision, administration and managing operations of Universal Education Group for its schools and higher education institutions
  • Education administration of SP Jain Institute of Management & Research (SPJIMR) for its campus in Mumbai

A post graduate in Physics, Vishwadeepak Singh also holds postgraduate degree in Meteorology recognized by Cochin University of Science and Technology. He has also done Post Graduate Diploma in Business Analytics with HR specialization from Symbiosis International (Deemed University), Pune.

Prof. (Dr) Amit Jain is Currently Dy. Pro- Vice Chancellor, Dean Faculty of Management & Director Amity Business School at Amity University Rajasthan. Prior to this Professor Amit was Director - International Collaborations & Professor-TAPMI School of Business at Manipal University Jaipur (MUJ). Professor Amit has been a Visiting Professor with University of Technology (UTS), Sydney, Australia, Szechenyi Istvan University, Hungary & Selye Janos University, Slovakia. His other previous positions include Director School of Hotel Management at Manipal University Jaipur, Associate Professor and Chairperson MBA at JK Lakshmipat University.
