CRC is a Facilitator/Catalyst which brings Industry & Students Face to Face. The prime objective of the CRC is to maintain strong University Industry linkages and strive for the overall development & grooming of its students according to the Industry requirements by conducting workshops, symposia, seminars and conferences both at National and International level.
The core focus of CRC is creating a strategic brand positioning of ‘AUMP’ as a preferred ‘University Partner’ for Campus placements, Internships and all campus connect activities with the corporate sector.

Placements Process

Pre-Placements Talk - Pre-Placements Talk (PPT) is an ideal platform for interaction between corporate fraternity and students. The recruiters share their company’s vision, work culture and opportunities available at Management Trainee and Graduate Trainee levels. This is then followed by detailed Q & A session to help the students gain deeper understanding about the organization and role offered.
Application - The interested students then apply to the organization through CRC office. As a part of application, they submit their detailed resume which is then shared with the organization by CRC Office.
Placements Interview - The recruiters shortlist candidates to either go for Aptitude written test OR GD rounds OR Personal interview rounds depending on the organization’s recruitment policy. This gives organizations and students an excellent opportunity to interact with each other and understand the role and profile in detail.
Offers and Acceptance - Once the final interview round is conducted, the company makes a firm offer to the candidate. The offer should include regular details such as job role, compensation package and location and other terms and conditions required by candidate to make his / her decision.
