The Skill Enhancement Activity was successfully conducted on 11/03/2026 with the objective of improving the professional competencies and practical skills of the participants. The program focused on enhancing communication abilities, professional readiness, and essential soft skills required for academic and career development.
The session was delivered by the esteemed Resource Person, Dr. Sarvesh Raj Rocque Associate Professor ALS, AUMP who shared valuable insights on skill development, personality enhancement, and effective workplace communication. The resource person also highlighted the importance of continuous learning, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities in professional environments.
The session was interactive and included discussions, practical examples, and guidance on developing confidence and leadership qualities. The activity provided participants with a better understanding of the essential skills required to succeed in academic and professional settings. Participants actively engaged in the session and benefitted from the expert guidance provided by the resource person.
Aim & Objective of the Programme:
Aim:
To enhance the professional competencies, communication abilities, and overall personality development of participants through a structured Skill Enhancement Activity.
Objectives:
- To develop essential soft skills such as communication, teamwork, and leadership.
- To improve professional readiness and confidence among participants.
- To provide exposure to practical strategies for career and personal development.
- To encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and effective decision-making skills.
- To motivate participants for continuous learning and self-improvement in academic and professional environments.
Details of the Programme
In this program, M.Pharm 2nd Sem & B. Pharm students from 6th, 8th semesters and the faculties of AIP, AUMP actively participated. This program was successfully planned and organized with the consultation of Dr. Manoj Kumar Mishra, Director, Amity Institute of Pharmacy, Amity University, MP.
The session included an informative lecture, interactive discussions, and practical insights delivered by the resource person. Participants were introduced to various techniques for improving confidence, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities. Real-life examples and practical strategies were discussed to help participants understand the importance of soft skills in professional environments.
The programme witnessed active participation from the attendees, who engaged in discussions and clarified their queries during the interactive session. Overall, the activity proved to be highly beneficial in motivating participants to improve their professional skills and prepare themselves for future career opportunities.
The lecture was an interactive session, where attendees had the opportunity to seek clarification, share their experiences, and engage in meaningful discussions with Dr Sarvesh.
His openness to questions and willingness to share knowledge enriched the learning experience for all participants.
Finally, as a gesture of appreciation, the guest was presented with a Certificate and a memento by the organization. This thoughtful act served to express gratitude and honor towards the guest for their presence and contribution.
