Youth Fest ‘AMICHROMA-2020’ organized by Amity University Madhya Pradesh

Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, AUMP, Lt Gen V K Sharma, AVSM (Retd.) inaugurating Amity Youth Fest AMICROMA - 2020

Amity University Madhya Pradesh organized Amity Youth Fest “AMICHROMA-2020”- a two-day festivity and celebration of the vibrant youth. The youth fest is glorious reflection of creativity, innovation, talent and spirit. Amity Youth Fest is an annual gathering of students from Amity University Madhya Pradesh and other universities & colleges of India. Events such as Fashion Show, Motorbike stunt show by TVS, live performance by Anjaan Band and DJ Night performance by Ravator and his team were the center of attraction of AMICHROMA this year. From professional shows to amateur bands, from classical dance to choreography, from competitive events to informal events, the festival has it all with approx. 3100 participation. This huge crowd consisted of 800 participants all around from the different colleges like IIITM Gwalior, ITM University, Jiwaji University, M.I.T.S., IHM College, Prestige college of Management and schools like Greenwood, DPS, LAHS participated in the events.

The Programme started with the registration of participants. Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, AUMP, Lt Gen V K Sharma, AVSM (Retd.). Pro- Vice Chancellor, Registrar HoIs & HoDs of all the departments were present at the inaugural event. Hon'ble Vice Chancellor, AUMP delivered the opening remarks and enlightened the participants with the significance of youth fest and co-curricular activities.
In the youth fest, some of these events were conducted in two days, whereas some of them finished on the same day. The students from AUMP and from different other institutes showed their active participation in various events organized by different departments of AUMP. The two-day event AMICHROMA ended with the Valedictory Ceremony. At the end of AMICHROMA 2020, prizes up to 2 Lakhs, and appreciation certificates were distributed to the participants of the Amity Youth Fest by the Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, Dy. Pro Vice Chancellor, Registrar and HoIs ASET. The event concluded with a DJ Night that allowed the coordinators and participants to relax and rejoice. An enthusiastic response from the students, participants, faculty members was observed during Amichroma youth fest.
