Amity Business School Lucknow, conducted a workshop on Financial Literacy on the subject of "A to Z of Financial Freedom" in association with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, and the Committee on Financial Markets and Investors Protection. Ms. Supriya Agrawal was the speaker and trainer for the session.
Prof (Dr.) Rohit Kushwaha, Director Amity Business School welcomed the speaker with a memento and addressed the gathering with his words of wisdom. The speaker started the session with her views on financial literacy and what financial freedom mean covering a vast range of topics like importance and need for money, Introduction to Banking, Power of Compounding, Various Investment Avenues, Art of Budgeting - Basics of Personal Finance, Growing Money: Choosing Investments and its various strategies, Understanding Inflation, Basics of Capital Market, Investor Grievance Redressal Mechanism etc and emphasized upon early investments in Life. Students also put in their views with regard to investment options in their age. Dr Sana Moid and Dr Upendra Nath Shukla Organised the event. Dr Himanshu Rastogi and Dr Praveen Kumar Sharma were present during the event. The Session ended with a vote of thanks delivered by Dr. Himanshu Ratogi, Associate Professor Amity Business School.
With nearly a hundred attendees present during the session, each one brought their own positive energy to the worktop to make it successful.
