Amity Institute of Pharmacy organised webinar on Safety and Efficacy of Herbal Drug.  The Main objective of the event is to impart learning and Knowledge of Herbal drugs and their qualitative and quantitative standardization. 45 students and 10 faculties attended the webinar.

Dr. Suresh Kumar, Associate Professor, Herbal Drug Discovery & Standardization, Punjabi University Patiala, talked about the various Herbal drugs used for medicinal purpose, their structural features, Biomarkers, quality aspect and methods of standardization of herbal drugs. He also talked about the plausible role of herbal drug in combating COVID-19.
