 Corporate Resource Centre of Amity University Gurugram organized a virtual industrial visit to Yakult Danone India, for the fresher students of Amity School of Engineering and Technology, on 17^th August, 2023. The event was coordinated by Ms. Ruby Singh (Assistant Director, CRC) and Dr. Deepak Kumar (Assistant Professor, ASET).

Yakult being the leading supplier of probiotic drinks provided an insight into the working environment of the plant, assembly lines, machines, manufacturing and quality management of the products and various other operations of the industry. A total of 28 students and 1 faculty member participated in the event.

In conclusion, the event demonstrated knowledge about the structure and working of the business, enhanced their interpersonal and other soft skills like teamwork, communication and time management. It also aided to bridge the gap between classroom teaching and real world experience.
