Amity School of Liberal Arts, Amity University Haryana organized a student activity “Essay Writing Competition” on 28th April 2022. On the occasion of the Day of Belongingness Amity School of Liberal Arts organized an Essay Writing competition on the topic "Human Values and We: A Critical Need Assessment and Recommendations” on 28th April 2022. The jury members for the essay writing competition were Dr Shri Shiv Swaroop Jha, Dr Sapna Sharma and Dr Abhilasha Singh. Prof. Hemant Kumar Jha highlighted the importance and sanctity of human values to students and faculty. Afterwards the respected jury members and other facaulty members also shared their thoughts on Human Values with the students. All students felt enlightened by their words which were full of wisdom. Thereafter Neeraj a student of B.A English recited 2 of his poems. namely "Humanity" and "A Wish" both were extremely sensitive poems and showed his deep concern for humanity in general. Chinmay a student of BFA 6 semester sang a bhajan and Devansh a student of Performing Arts also recited a Hindi Poem. Overall, the event was a major success with the help of student coordinators namely Neeraj Kumar and Muskan Gupta of B.A English Hons, 6th semester. Also all the respected teachers by their valuable words created an indelible impact on the students.
