Workshop on Dinning Etiquettes for Global Study Program Students
On 10th November 2022, Amity School of Hospitality, in collaboration with Office of International Affairs, Amity University Haryana, organised a Workshop on Dining Etiquettes for AUH Global Study Program Students. The workshop was coordinated by Mr. Arunangshu Bhattacharya, Deputy Director & Professor, ASH. A total of 10 participants, including 2 faculties from ASH and ASET and 2 staff members from Office of International Affairs, were present at the meet. The session was held between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m in the Basic Training Restaurant at ASH. The purpose of holding this workshop was to educate the participants about dining etiquettes & table manners to be followed during formal dining.
Mr. Arunangshu Bhattacharya conducted this event both theoretically & practically. For a better comprehension of everyone, a real demonstration of formal eating was undertaken after the participants had first seen a PPT on dining etiquettes and table manners
The Global Study Program Students of AUH learnt about various dining etiquettes and table manners that are followed internationally. The knowledge gained during this workshop will certainly help them to dine confidently & comfortably in other countries where they are going for studying.
