 Faculty Orientation was organised by ABS on 9^th May 2025.The session aimed to spark institutional interest in pursuing AACSB as a pathway to enhancing academic quality, global recognition, and continuous improvement.

The primary motivation behind organizing the session was to inform and inspire faculty and staff about the relevance and benefits of AACSB accreditation. The objectives included developing a clear understanding of the value AACSB brings to academic institutions, demystifying its eligibility criteria, and outlining the initial steps involved in the accreditation process.

The speaker provided a comprehensive overview of the AACSB accreditation process, focusing on its mission-driven framework and the standards required for eligibility. Key points included the significance of strategic planning, faculty qualifications, assurance of learning, and continuous improvement mechanisms.
