A Staff Development Program was organised by ASAS from 17^th – 18^th July 2025. The initiative fulfilled its objective of enhancing operational efficiency and standardizing laboratory practices.

The aim of the two-day hands-on training workshop was to equip newly joined laboratory staff with practical skills, safety awareness, and confidence in handling physics experiments and managing lab operations across undergraduate and engineering physics labs.

The workshop successfully provided the participants with hands-on experience in operating laboratory equipment and reinforced essential safety protocols. Staff members gained clarity on experimental procedures, learned techniques for minimizing errors, and demonstrated improved readiness to support students in academic settings.
