“Meet Your Mentors: Departmental Faculty Introduction” was organised by Amity School of Architecture and Planning on August 11, 2025. The session aimed to introduce newly admitted students of the Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) and Bachelor of Interior Design (B.ID) programmes to their departmental faculty.
The meet was designed to help students understand the academic qualifications, areas of specialization, industry experience, and research contributions of their mentors. The event also sought to build an early sense of trust, connection, and collaboration, while familiarizing students with departmental resources, academic opportunities, and professional pathways in architecture and interior design.
Each faculty member’s introduction provided insights into their professional journeys, creative achievements, and industry projects, which inspired students to envision their own academic and career paths. The briefing on departmental resources and upcoming opportunities further motivated students to engage actively with design studios, research initiatives, and collaborative spaces.
