Amruth Mrityunjay, student from Bachelor of Architecture semester 8, has designed a Convention Centre. The building having a large and flexible space for hosting conferences, exhibitions, and events, a variety of office spaces, catering to the different needs of various businesses, having a restaurant that can cater to the needs of the visitors and the occupants of the building, having a gymnasium that meets the requirements of users of high value, a high-rise structure, catering to the different functional spaces. Restriction of 100m height from ground, meeting the safety requirements, including structural stability and fire safety, energy-efficiency, aesthetically pleasing, incorporating modern and innovative design concepts, meeting functional requirements of each space and ensuring the comfort and safety of the occupants, to be accessible to all, including the elderly and specially abled people.
