Interior Design Of A Destination Resort With Spa

Mitika karkala, student from Bachelor of Interior design, in her final year project, has designed a Interior of a Destination resort with spa that incorporates nature into the indoor environments known as biophilic design. It can also be achieved in the interior space by utilizing natural light, natural colour palette, and a large quantity of indoor plants. Since a destination spa is a location where people want to improve their health and focus on themselves, biophilic designs are highly suitable for interiors. Common materials used might include FSC wood, bamboo, linen, cork, and ceramic, which all design generally uses diffused lighting techniques, which apply natural sources of light that penetrate interior rooms through translucent shoji screens.
