 On 19th March 2025, Amity College of Commerce organized an enriching interactive session on the theme “The Art of Mind Control”. The keynote speaker, Satya Raj Das Prabhu Ji from ISKCON, captivated the audience with an insightful and engaging discourse.

The session, "The Art of Mind Control," was conceived with the intent to awaken mental clarity and spiritual growth amidst the distractions of modern life. Drawing inspiration from the Bhagavad Gita and the guiding principles of ISKCON, the session aimed to empower participants with a deeper understanding of the mind’s workings and provide them with practical tools to attain self-mastery.

By interweaving historical and contemporary examples, engaging activities, and spiritual teachings, particularly the practice of chanting “Hare Krishna Hare Ram” with japa mala beads, the session offered a blend of physical, mental, and spiritual strategies for mastering the mind.
