 A Panel Discussion was organised by Amity School of Hospitality on 4^th April 2025. It also aimed to provide students with valuable insights into current industry dynamics, thus enhancing their employability and industry readiness.

The event was designed to foster a mutually beneficial dialogue between academia and industry experts, with a focus on exploring emerging human resource trends, aligning educational outcomes with real-world demands, and adopting best practices from the global hospitality landscape.

With the active participation of 38 BHM and BTTM students of ASH, the event offered a unique learning platform that enabled students to engage with eminent experts like Mr. Kush Kapoor, Mr. Debasish Chatterjee, Mr. Vijay Wanchoo, and Mr. Siddharth Kohli. The discussions provided a deep understanding of evolving HR practices, workforce expectations, and the integration of global standards into hospitality operations.
