An Awareness Program by AMS on 16th April 2025.
An Awareness Program was organised by AMS on 16th April 2025. The presentation on Thalassemia provided crucial insights into the genetic nature of the disorder and stressed the importance of early diagnosis and continuous care.
The event was driven by a strong commitment to community health outreach and student empowerment through practical learning. It was designed to address two critical aspects: raising awareness about prevalent public health issues like Thalassemia and Tuberculosis and delivering basic medical services to underserved communities.
The presentation on Thalassemia provided crucial insights into the genetic nature of the disorder and stressed the importance of early diagnosis and continuous care. Similarly, the session on Tuberculosis shed light on the need for community vigilance, timely detection, and collective action in combating the disease.
