Amity University Gurugram celebrated Lohri, a popular Punjabi winter festival celebrated by Hindus and Sikhs, on 13^th January 2024, creating a homely atmosphere for hostellers. The event drew a large crowd of hostellers, staff, and faculty members. A bonfire illuminated the festivities, and groundnuts and Rewaries were distributed to attendees. The essence of Lohri was captured in the message that it symbolically burns away negativity, ushering in endless happiness for all. The celebration featured lively music and dance that everyone present enjoyed. A total of 532 students and 66 faculty members participated in the event.
