 An Awareness Program was organised by Amity Institute of Clinical Psychology on 29^th May 2025. The initiative sought to highlight the preventive role of clinical psychologists and emphasize the importance of sensitization, psychoeducation, and early intervention, ultimately contributing to the vision of a healthier and Viksit Bharat.

The event was organized to raise awareness about the harmful effects of tobacco use within the village community of Gram Fakarpur. It aimed to educate participants about the connection between stress, tobacco use, and substance abuse, while introducing practical strategies to help families address these issues.

Through one-on-one sessions, coping strategies were shared, and the psychological underpinnings of tobacco use were addressed from a clinical perspective. Educational materials and handouts reinforced the knowledge shared during the sessions.
