Pushkin’s Poems in the World Languages was organised by ASL on 6th June 2026. The event sought to provide an international platform for students, teachers, and language enthusiasts to engage with Pushkin’s poetry through multilingual recitations, thereby fostering intercultural dialogue, literary appreciation, and global academic collaboration.

The International Online Literary Festival “Pushkin’s Poems in the World Languages” aimed to celebrate the enduring literary legacy of Alexander Sergeyevich Pushkin and promote appreciation of world literature across linguistic and cultural boundaries. It also aimed to encourage students to develop language proficiency, cultural understanding, and confidence in international academic and literary forums while highlighting the universal relevance of Pushkin’s works in contemporary society.

The International Online Literary Festival “Pushkin’s Poems in the World Languages” was successfully conducted and served as a meaningful celebration of the literary contributions of Alexander Sergeyevich Pushkin. The event brought together participants from different countries, creating a vibrant platform for cultural exchange, literary engagement, and international collaboration. Under the guidance of Dr. Subhash Kumar, the participating students, Saurabh Awasthi and Ayush Purohit, effectively showcased their proficiency in the Russian language through their recitations of Pushkin’s poems, earning appreciation from the organizers and attendees. The festival highlighted the universal appeal of Pushkin’s poetry and demonstrated the power of literature to connect people across cultures and languages.
