Webinar was started by Dr Jai Sonker with Introduction of Mr Varun Kalra. Prof. Sanjeeb Pa delivered welcome note for Mr Varun. Mr Varun started his lecture with his own introduction. then he shared a ppt on the topic. With the help of graphics, he explained usage of data management in at various point of hotel operation. Further he explained about structure of property management system. He briefed about role of data management analysis for guest information, room inventory, F&B operation, staff management, and maintenance. He further discusses about property management system and customer relation management, revenue management system, Point of sales, Business intelligence, and channel manager software. Then he shown the opera software for the analysis of data. At last, he shared his various experiences of data analysis and how he has utilised his data managing skills to operate Hotels. Finally, he closed the session by giving thanks to Amity School of Hospitality, Amity University Rajasthan. Webinar was closed by Dr Sanjeeb Pal by giving a thanks note from Amity University Rajasthan. He also thanked VC sir and ProVC Sir.
