As the Founder and Director of Media Mantra Global, she has played a central role in shaping the organisation’s vision, strengthening its capabilities and charting its growth trajectory from an India-based communications firm into a global PR and integrated communications company.
Ms. Puja spearheads the strategic communications and operational verticals of Media Mantra Global, applying her business acumen, industry insight and ability to identify emerging opportunities to guide the organisation’s expansion across India, the UAE, Singapore, the United States and Australia. As the company established a presence across five significant growth corridors, she helped shape an operating model that brings together international capability, local market insight and consistent standards in communication and client service. Her contribution to the communications profession has been recognised by the industry through several notable honours. She was named 'Mentor of the Year in PR' at the 5th Women Achievers Awards 2024 and 'PR Professional of the Year' at The India PR and Corporate Communications Awards 2022 by exchange4media. Reputation Today recognised her as one of the 'Most Important Women Professionals in PR Consulting', while she also bagged the honour of 'Woman Entrepreneur of the Year' at the 4th edition of Women Disruptors 2023. Ms. Puja delved upon the core areas and strategies which need to be adopted by the brands as well as PR Firms and Agencies to stand out tall in the competitive market. The session provided in depth field-based knowledge to the students based on certain apt cases as to how social media platforms and various smart tactics are proving out to be game changers for organisations in influencing consumer mindset and consumer media consumption patterns. The speaker also highlighted the advantages, features and challenges of specific social media platforms, especially from the point of view of likes and demands of GenZ Consumers. Ms. Puja also delivered upon how AI can help in enhancing brand messages and brand appeal, however what are its limitations and why still face to face client meetings and interactions and human intelligence and emotions play a key role.
The session was very interactive as the students showed their active participation by raising their doubts and queries as well as their perception about the changing dynamics of strategic brand communication in the present times.
