Mr. Allen J Mathew is the Deputy Programme Manager at DataLEADS, where he helps run the Jagruk Jao project in partnership with the UN International Organization for Migration (IOM). In this role, he coordinates operations, training logistics, and outreach across Punjab, Haryana, and New Delhi to promote safe, legal and regular migration.
Studying or working abroad has been the dream of many aspirants. International migration presents promising opportunities for building a successful career. However, insufficient understanding about the various aspects of safe migration and the accompanying legal, financial, personal safety, employment and cultural issues along with it at times brings forth serious problems and challenges which result in uncalled for physical and mental stress and well-being of the students and the workers.
The esteemed trainers guided the students on some of the very significant areas of concern in the direction of promoting safe, orderly and regular migration for students and workers aspiring to study or work abroad.
