 Amity Institute of Biotechnology organised a guest lecture on CAR T Cell Therapy; Reimagining live cell therapies to combat Cancer on January 31, 2024 in A Block Conference Room. Dr. Mayank discussed how traditional cancer treatments utilize nonspecific drugs and monoclonal antibodies with the students.

The lecture aimed to highlight the evolution of CAR-T therapy against various tumors, including hematological and solid tumors, emphasizing the challenges faced by CAR-T cell therapy and suggesting strategies to overcome these obstacles, such as utilizing single-cell RNA sequencing and artificial intelligence to optimize clinical-grade CAR-T cells.
