On 19th September 2025, Amity Law School (ALS), Amity University Haryana, organized an alumni interaction session titled “From Campus to Counsel & Beyond: Alumni Insights with Gauri Dabas”. Conducted online through the MS Teams platform under the ALS Alumni Connect Committee initiative, the session witnessed enthusiastic participation from undergraduate and postgraduate law students.
The session aimed to bridge the gap between theoretical legal education and practical career planning by offering mentorship from an accomplished alumna. The objectives included exploring higher education opportunities abroad, understanding scholarship options and application strategies, introducing career pathways in corporate law, litigation, and legal consultancy, and fostering ethical awareness and professional responsibility. It also aligned with SDG 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions, by nurturing future legal professionals committed to justice and institutional integrity.
The alumni session with Gauri Dabas proved to be highly enriching and inspirational for aspiring law graduates. The speaker shared practical advice on preparing strong applications, building competitive profiles, and managing timelines effectively while emphasizing the importance of aligning academic goals with the right institutions.
