The webinar was about the psychological principles as talked about in Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras regarding pranayama and how it can be used both as a tool to sustain life and enhance psychological benefits. The speaker narrated the history of Yoga sutra and discussed the importance of pranayama and its health benefits. This was followed by an experiential session in which the facilitator made the participants practice some breathing practices which can help in COVID 19 symptoms and healing too.
