AUR celebrated its 16th International Francophonie Day on 30th March with great enthusiasm. The event commenced with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp and Saraswati Vandana, led by Hon’ble Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Amit Jain along with distinguished dignitaries. Dr. Dhiren Paliwal presented the objectives and “Glimpses of Francophonie.” A felicitation ceremony honoured Ms. Shagun Handa and Mr. Yash Pratap Singh. Mme Stéphanie Orfila, along with Campus France, provided insights into higher education opportunities in France. Cultural performances, including Rabindranath Tagore’s play Dak Ghar, concluded the event with certificate distribution and a vote of thanks.
