 Amity School of Hospitality organized a “Pickle Workshop” under “AUH 24x7 Initiative” on April 25, 2024, at Food Production Lab. The objective of conducting this event was to make students learn about how to make different types of pickle such as mango pickle, spicy onion pickle, green chili pickle, lemon pickle, assorted pickle etc. 

The aim of the workshop was to educate students on the process of making various types of pickles, including mango pickle, spicy onion pickle, green chili pickle, lemon pickle, and assorted pickles. The workshop sought to provide practical knowledge and hands-on experience in pickle making, enhancing students' culinary skills and appreciation for traditional food preservation methods.

In conclusion, the "Pickle Workshop" under the “AUH 24x7 Initiative” successfully achieved its goal of educating students on the art of pickle making. Participants gained practical knowledge and hands-on experience in creating a variety of pickles, including mango, spicy onion, green chili, lemon, and assorted pickles.
