 Amity Institute of Clinical Institute organised an awareness program on 3^rd December 2024. The event sought to provide strategies for early identification, prevention, and coping with disabilities, while also educating participants on the rights and benefits available to the disabled population.

The aim was to raise awareness about various disabilities, including physical, blindness, deafness, and mental illness, and to emphasize the importance of understanding and addressing the psychological and social challenges faced by individuals with disabilities.

The event successfully highlighted the complexities of disabilities and the psychological issues faced by both individuals with disabilities and their caregivers. Through role play, poster presentations, and discussions on prevention strategies such as sensitization and psychoeducation, participants gained valuable insights into addressing disability in the community.
