An Industrial Visit to Sarthak Global Resource Centre was organised by AIBAS on 2nd April 2026. It aimed to enhance awareness of inclusive psychological interventions, strengthen professional sensitivity towards individuals with diverse needs, and familiarize students with the role of psychologists within multidisciplinary, community-oriented, and rehabilitation settings.
The educational industry visit to Sarthak Global aimed to provide postgraduate students of Amity Institute of Behavioral and Allied Sciences with meaningful, real-world exposure to inclusive education systems, vocational training models, and rehabilitation services for individuals with disabilities. Organized by the Corporate Resource Centre, Amity University Haryana, the visit sought to deepen students’ understanding of inclusivity, diversity, and empowerment-based approaches by observing their practical implementation.
The visit to Sarthak Global served as a valuable experiential learning opportunity that effectively bridged the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application in the field of psychology. Through direct observation of inclusive practices, vocational training initiatives, and rehabilitation services, students gained critical insights into the functioning of an organisation committed to empowerment and social integration. The experience not only enhanced their understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion but also strengthened their observational skills and professional competence.
