Mrs. Candida Chandorkar, Director Education and CSR Chair person, Tata Technologies, North America delivered a webinar on Skills for Career Success on 18^th June 2020. The topic chosen was relevant to the current pandemic situation wherein the freshers, prospering students and professional are concerned with lowered opportunities in career. Mrs. Candida Chandorkar delivered the session with good start of indicating current situation. The skills that are in most demand were discussed by her in detail. She identified a few break through technologies and the related skills that can be developed by job seekers for successful career.  The joint Venn diagram of skills of job seeker, the requirement by industry and future changes in the requirement were explained in detail. The questionnaire session was highly interesting with very good questions and good reply by the speaker.
