COVID or no COVID, students need appropriate support from mentors like teachers and experts to take the right career call for better future. Like every other year, Amity University Gurugram counselled the students but this time around, it was through virtual mode. Various topics like Emerging Careers, Artificial Intelligence, Managing Diet and Health during COVID, Languages, and Hospitality were covered under these sessions. More than 4000 students from 80 schools benefitted from this initiative. In addition to this, Principal Conclave was also organized to brainstorm on critical topics concerning the education sector like National Education Policy which needs attention and resolution from the stakeholders. These initiatives ensure synergy between Amity schools and universities and enable them to impart the right type of guidance to students. A unique Counsellor’s Workshop was also organised for the teacher’s fraternity to help them cope with the stress of COVID. 300+ counsellors took part in this mega initiative.
